Chocolate moist cuppies
Made this as a surprise for a friend. They are simple, yet nice and yummy. Chocolate moist cake with cream cheese frosting.
"Pencil Box" cake
A pencil box cake. The birthday girl's name sounds like "pencil box", and therefore, her friends presented this cake to her.
Mocha Cheese Cake

Fondant Cookies
Fondant Cookies make great door gifts for friends, colleagues and families. They make great surprises for children parties and it's easy to handle without the messiness especially for very young children.
This is a perfect solution for kindergarten parties. Or you may brighten up your office mates or loved ones with some fondant cookies for them to appreciate.

Wedding cupcakes
I love orders for wedding cupcakes. They make perfect gifts for wedding couples and their family and friends. They are especially a main attraction in the food section in wedding or engagement parties.
Here's some wedding cupcakes made for a beautiful couple.

Fondant sculpture
Fondant cakes was made popular a few years ago. Fondant is basically an icing-like substance used to sculpt figurines or as a coating for decorating cakes or even biscuits.
It takes lots of patience and delicate hands to prepare them. I love exploring new ways in developing fondant icing used to create cute little figurines and animals like the ones shown in my earlier posts.
Here's a close up a few that I did. Aren't they cute?
