这位朋友知道我有做蛋糕卖，就特地要送一个给她们的外甥女，可能因为我时常向他们买米吧！不过还是要谢谢他们的支持。不过我把工作交了给女儿， 我相信她可以胜任这么简单的事情。所以我叫她做了一个moist chocolate cake, 小孩子一定喜欢， 还有容易做装饰。任由她自己发挥，还好她没让我失望， 这个很好。你们评评呢！

 一位老朋友也是歌友， 就是想给她一个惊喜。在冲忙中做了这个蛋糕， 而且只用了4个小时就完成。coffee butter cake c/w cream cheese frosting. 她也是好喝咖啡的， 我想她会喜欢。
这次做了两个尝试，颜色和那个花。 我好喜欢。好明亮，不是吗！而且旁边的式样我一直想做的， 第一次做的不成功， 这一次好很多了， 好大的满足感！IVY 你喜欢吗？

第一次的成品， 看似容易， 可是做起来还蛮难的， 老人家的名字叫金珠， 所以朋友特意叫我用金珠拼成寿字， 最喜欢的是那八粒小寿桃， 希望老人家喜欢。

在做着这个蛋糕时， 心里充满感激， 开心，学翻糖的其中的一个原因， 就是要亲手为孩子做结婚蛋糕。我做到了，虽然是初级，新郎和新娘还是假手于人， 可是我已经好满意了，至少蛋糕体是我的杰作。还很好吃呢！

这是做给外甥的第一个蛋糕，他喜欢车，可是他真正要的不是这个， 可惜这个姨妈还没到那个程度，这个还可以的， 就这个吧！姨妈会再继续努力， 做到他想要的。其实翻糖还有好多有趣的造型，还有好多好多要学习呢！努力！

又有小朋友生日了，兔宝宝，牛哥哥。 这两层蛋糕是 moist chocolate 和 lemon poppy seed.

Mocha Cheese Cake

这是第一次的成果， 还算可以吧！这个蛋糕是一个Mocha cheese cake，是一个冷藏的蛋糕， 所以就另外做一个装饰，小男孩要的baby mickey和baby minnie. 还好他们都很喜欢， 那也算是成功了。

Fondant sculpture

Fondant cakes was made popular a few years ago. Fondant is basically an icing-like substance used to sculpt figurines or as a coating for decorating cakes or even biscuits.

It takes lots of patience and delicate hands to prepare them. I love exploring new ways in developing fondant icing used to create cute little figurines and animals like the ones shown in my earlier posts.
