在做着这个蛋糕时， 心里充满感激， 开心，学翻糖的其中的一个原因， 就是要亲手为孩子做结婚蛋糕。我做到了，虽然是初级，新郎和新娘还是假手于人， 可是我已经好满意了，至少蛋糕体是我的杰作。还很好吃呢！

这是做给外甥的第一个蛋糕，他喜欢车，可是他真正要的不是这个， 可惜这个姨妈还没到那个程度，这个还可以的， 就这个吧！姨妈会再继续努力， 做到他想要的。其实翻糖还有好多有趣的造型，还有好多好多要学习呢！努力！

这也是旧的作品，一班气功， 跳舞的好友聚在一起庆祝生日， 正好让我练习练习，手工还不是很好， 但我已经很高兴得到姐妹们的支持了

这一系列的动物翻糖都是年前刚学的时候做的， 看起来好得意， 就是因为这样从此就中了翻糖的毒， 爱上它了。 搓着搓着也可从中舒解生活里的压力。 通常做的时候都是在晚上或天刚亮的时候，在宁静的环境好望我的做着。。。。。。。。。。。。

one day when I saw that Lim's birthday soon, ooh....happy to grab this chance to practice my work. And also in a way to thank Sharon for helping me to create this blog. so, i made these cuppies right away, moist chocolate cup cake, very rich and full of chocolates, 12 pcs in a set, 3 bear bear for the kids, flowers for Sharon and the birthday can have 6, the name and the 'happy birthday 2u', just hope they will like and enjoy having them :D

Fondant sculpture

Fondant cakes was made popular a few years ago. Fondant is basically an icing-like substance used to sculpt figurines or as a coating for decorating cakes or even biscuits.

It takes lots of patience and delicate hands to prepare them. I love exploring new ways in developing fondant icing used to create cute little figurines and animals like the ones shown in my earlier posts.
